Hendon is a 203-bed purpose-built student accommodation development in north-west London. Following Gateway 2 approval from the Building Safety Regulator, construction is underway, with completion targeted for 2027.
The site is located approximately 200 yards from Hendon Central Underground station and a six-minute walk from Middlesex University London’s main campus. The location provides a clearly identifiable student demand catchment, while strong public transport connectivity broadens access to universities and employment across London.
The building is being delivered to a target rating of BREEAM Excellent.
London is the UK’s largest higher-education market, with approximately 476,000 full-time students and a student-to-PBSA-bed ratio of 2.98:1.
